Pinterest Style #6 ad

I love pairing casual t-shirts with more dressy pieces in the summertime. I found this image on Pinterest and knew I had to recreate it. You can follow me on Pinterest here - I pin everything from body inspo to recipe ideas to fashion. 

To start with, you need a simple grey tee - you can find these almost anywhere, but the one here is from H&M. You want something quite slouchy and comfortable to contrast with the dressy style of the skirt. For the skirt, I couldn't find one exactly like the one in the image, so I was inspired by the print and the wrap around style instead. I found this one on Missguided for an absolute bargain £5 in the sale (now out of stock). 

Black sandals are an absolute must for summertime, they can be dressed up or down, and paired with almost any outfit! Personally, I like to invest in my summer sandals as I know they'll last me a good few years. These Clarks black sandals from Brantano are a fantastic pair of summer sandals, and I love the snakeskin detailing on the straps. 

Now onto accessories. For the rose gold heart necklace, I found this one from Ernest Jones for £35. Alternatively, the Buckley one I featured in April would be perfect. For sunglasses, you can't go wrong with classic Ray Ban aviators - get these ones from ASOS for £135.
