Cannes Film Festival Best Dressed

I decided to cover all my favourite Cannes red carpet looks in one huge post, as I thought constant Cannes post would get a little boring and would leave no space for my other posts! So, prepare yourselves for a very photo heavy one that will leave you lusting after every single dress, and wishing you had a red carpet to walk down too! I won't be writing too much about each one as I don't want it to be a huge post.
Diane Kruger, Maryland premiere - Diane wore a beautiful embellished Prada gown with Harry Winston jewellery. I think this pale blue aqua colour looks perfect on Diane, and I love the deep blue clutch she paired with it.
Emma Stone, Irrational Man premiere - Emma always looks so chic and put together, and this look is no exception. She wore a Christian Dior Couture column dress, with gorgeous sewing detail which almost looked like scales, and gave a 'mermaid' look. The updo is perfect with this, to show off the high neck, and she kept her makeup look pretty simple, with an orange-peach lip.

Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, Irrational Man premiere - For me, Cheryl's style can be a bit hit and miss, but this is a winner for me. She wore a pale pink Ralph and Russo Couture dress, with Monica Vinader rings. It's a really unusual shape, but she pulls it off so well, and the updo keeps it from looking too fussy.
Fan Bingbing, Mad Max premiere - This is such a stand out dress, I couldn't not include it in my best dress! Fan wore a Marchesa SS15 dress, complete with matching floral headband. It's such a different look from the sleek, fitted dresses on the red carpet so much these days, and definitely something that wouldn't look out of place in a fairytale. If only we all had somewhere to wear something like this to!

Diane Kruger, Maryland photocall - Again, Diane looked stunning in this short blue dress from Dolce & Gabbana AW15. The gorgeous rose embellishment keeps it from looking too plain, and the shape suits her figure so well. Similarly to the previous dress, this pale blue colour looks gorgeous against Diane's hair and skin tone - definitely her colour!
Emily Blunt, Sicario photocall - Everything about Emily's look here is just perfection. She wore a Peter Pilotto AW15 dress, with the most gorgeous patterning on it. She paired it with matching yellow/green heels - I think this was the best option with this dress, and anything else may have looked too clashing. Her red lip and brown eye makeup here complements the dress perfectly too.

Li Bingbing, The Sea of Trees premiere and Carol premiere - The two dresses Li wore for the two premieres of The Sea of Trees and Carol are just so perfect - fit for a princess! Unsurprisingly, the first is Zuhair Murad SS15, and the second is Elie Saab AW15 - the two kings of princess dresses. I don't think I've ever disliked a dress by either of these two designers, and Li pulls them off perfectly, letting the dress do the talking by sporting a chic updo in both looks, and matching embellished clutches to finish off the look.

Charlotte Le Bon, Inside Out premiere - I haven't been able to find out the designer of Charlotte's dress, but nonetheless, it's a beautiful Grecian inspired white gown. It's a classic shape and style, so I can't imagine anyone would really dislike this one!
Ana Beatriz Barros, Inside Out premiere - Another white dress at the Inside Out premiere, this time Ana Beatriz Barros wearing a Blumarine lace dress. I think this is such a classy look, and contrasts with so many super sheer/revealing dresses on the red carpet these days! She still looks so feminine as the dress clings in all the right places, and I really like the sheer detailing on the sleeves and shoulders. She kept everything else fairly simple, wearing a gold clutch and Chopard jewellery.

Izabel Goulart, Chopard Gold Party - Izabel stunned in a gorgeous gold Zuhair Murad Couture gown for the Chopard Gold Party. Again, Zuhair never fails in my eyes and this dress is no exception. I love the embellishment, and how Izabel has kept everything else pared back with a sleek ponytail and matching gold/brown smokey eye.
Miranda Kerr, Magnum Pink & Black party - Miranda is well and truly back in the spotlight again, and I loved this pink Emanuel Ungaro dress she wore for the Magnum party. It's a classic Grecian silhouette, and the split shows off her perfectly toned *cries* legs. It's such a girly look, and she finished it off perfectly with a sparkly clutch, plenty of jewellery, and strappy sandals.

Lily Donaldson, Inside Out premiere - The Inside Out premiere definitely had plenty of gorgeous dresses! Lily wore a stunning black embellished Saint Laurent gown. She has already featured in my MET Ball best dressed recently, and her red carpet style is spot on. The rest of her look is really simple, with her hair down and pushed back, and her makeup really natural - it looked like she had a simple brown wash of colour on her lids, along with a natural pink lip.
Charlize Theron, Mad Max premiere - Yellow is really not a colour I could've imagined myself liking in a full length dress, but Charlize pulls this Dior Couture canary yellow gown off perfectly. The shape of it - particularly the neckline - looks quite futuristic and very fitting with the film. I love the side swept updo and gorgeous super sparkly earrings she wore with this look - what do you think? Would you wear yellow?

Barbara Palvin, Chanel & Vanity Fair Party - I just love this beautiful gold embellished dress Barbara wore for the Chanel/Vanity Fair party. The black accessories complement it perfectly, and keep it from looking too 'done'.
Kendall Jenner, Youth Premiere - This top and skirt duo from Alaia that Kendall wore is just gorgeous. I feel like it's very oriental, similar to the theme for the MET Ball. She pulls it off perfectly with the enviable model body, and the red lips give a nice pop of colour to the look.

Izabel Goulart, Ice And The Sky premiere - This stunning structured Georges Hobeika gown Izabel wore for this premiere is just gorgeous. It shows off her figure perfectly and I love the sleek straight hair and brown smokey eye she wore with it. The dress is from SS12, but it really reminds me of Versace and the structured style of dresses they often come out with.
Jourdan Dunn, The Little Prince premiere - Wearing a similar lace/sheer style of dress to her AmFAR dress (see that post here), Jourdan wore Ralph and Russo SS15 for The Little Prince premiere. This is so stunning and is definitely one of my favourite looks on her. It looks very 'Old Hollywood' retro style, and I love that she wore her hair in soft curls, as it really completes this glamorous look. She added a splash of colour with a dark blue ring and earrings, but kept everything else black.

Sienna Miller, Ice And The Sky premiere - Sienna has been absolutely killing it at Cannes this year, but I have to say this is my favourite look. She wore a blue Gucci dress with a peachy embellished waistband. I love this colour against her hair colour and skin tone, and the mixture of textures and fabrics is just perfect.
Sara Sampaio, Youth premiere - Finally, I loved Sara's simple cobalt blue dress for the Youth premiere. It's a pretty straight cut dress, but something extra is added with the crossover at the neckline, accentuating her waist. I love her hair here, such a classic wavy updo and the jewellery she wore with this is stunning - a matching cobalt blue ring and sparkling earrings.
So... that was a long post! Haha, if you made it to the end - well done! I hope you enjoyed this look back at my favourite looks from this years Cannes Film Festival. Who was your favourite?
